Finding Your Favorites: Core & Gallery Explained

Finding Your Favorites: Core & Gallery Explained

At Pepper Jane’s, we create high-quality, small-batch fragrance oils with freshness, consistency, and creativity in mind. To make it easier to explore our library and understand how our fragrances are organized within our catalog, we organize our fragrances into two categories: The Core Collection and The Fragrance Gallery.

This structure allows us to keep customer-favorite staples reliably in stock while also making space for creative, specialty, and seasonal fragrances that expand and evolve our catalog over time.

🧭 Navigating the Collections

The Core Collection

The Core Collection represents the heart of Pepper Jane’s. These are the best sellers that we maintain in stock year-round. Think of them as your foundation—staples you can return to time and again for reliable performance and consistent results across your product lines.

The Fragrance Gallery 🖼️
The Fragrance Gallery is our space for variety and artistic flair. It is home to Specialty Scents, New Arrivals, Seasonal Favorites, as well as established fragrances that live outside our Core Collection. This allows us to offer a diverse range of fragrances, from familiar classics to more creative and specialty scents.

💬 Common Questions

My favorite scent is in the Fragrance Gallery. Is it being discontinued?
Not at all. The Fragrance Gallery is home to many of our active fragrances, including both new and established scents. As long as a Gallery fragrance is marked ✅ In Production, it remains part of our current lineup and continues to be made in small batches. We only move a fragrance to 🫗 Final Pour when it’s leaving regular production, though some scents may eventually return in the future as seasonal or limited releases through the Vault.

What should I do if a fragrance I love is leaving active production?
We value transparency and want you to feel prepared. When a Gallery fragrance enters 🫗 Final Pour, we recommend purchasing the sizes you need while inventory remains available. Final Pour fragrances will not be restocked under normal production, but they remain available until sold out. Once that stock is gone, the fragrance will move into the Fragrance Vault, where it may return as a seasonal or limited release, or be available in bulk special order for customers who use it regularly.

Can a Gallery scent become a Core scent?
Absolutely. If a fragrance in the Gallery proves to be a long-term favorite with broad appeal, it may eventually be added to the Core Collection and receive the ✨ Core Collection ✨ badge.

Does “Core Collection” mean it is always in stock?
Core fragrances are our highest priority for restocking. While brief out-of-stock periods can occasionally occur due to high demand, these scents are intended to return to the shop as quickly as possible.
