We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, our return policy is as follows:
Returns

Unopened fragrances only may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, the foil seal must be intact with no holes, tears, or breaks.

Products must be in original, unused condition.

Please contact us for return authorization before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Opened fragrances (broken or removed seals)

Bulk sizes (8 lb. and 10 lb.)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Take clear photos of the items, box, bottle seals, and labels.

Email them to pepperjanenc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or store credit (shipped only to the original shipping address).

Not sure about a scent? We recommend starting with sample strips or 1 oz. sample bottles before purchasing larger sizes.
