What Is the Vault?
The Vault is home to fragrances that are not currently in active production but are still available through special programs.
Whether you're a maker trying to keep a favorite scent in your product line or a customer hoping to see a fragrance return, the Vault provides a way to keep beloved scents alive.
Within the Vault, you can:

Place a Bulk Special Order for select fragrances

Vote for fragrances you'd like to see return in smaller sizes

Explore archived scents that may become available again in the future
Please note that not every retired fragrance is available in the Vault. Availability depends on supplier requirements, ingredient availability, and overall demand.

Minimum Order Requirements
Because these fragrances are custom-produced, each scent has its own minimum order quantity.
Depending on the fragrance, the minimum may be:

The required minimum is listed on each product page.
Important Ordering Information

Each fragrance must meet its own minimum order requirement.

Multiple Vault fragrances may be purchased in the same checkout, but each fragrance is produced as a separate batch.

Vault Bulk Special Orders must be placed separately from regular retail-size fragrance orders.

Vault fragrances are available only in bulk quantities and are not offered as samples or fragrance strips.
💳 Payment & Final Sale Policy
Vault Bulk Special Orders are custom-produced specifically for you.
For that reason:

Full payment is required at checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once production has been initiated.

All Vault Bulk Special Orders are final sale.
We proudly offer Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to secure inventory now and pay over time when eligible.

Production Timeline
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, quality checks, and shipment preparation.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the cost of your Vault Bulk Special Order.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Professional Fragrance Formulas
Vault fragrances use the same professional fragrance formulas originally offered by Pepper Jane's.
Documentation
Each fragrance listing includes access to applicable SDS and IFRA documentation.
Storage Recommendations
For best results, store fragrance oils in a cool, dry, dark location with containers tightly sealed.
When properly stored, fragrance oils typically maintain optimal quality for approximately 12 months.

How Returns Are Chosen
Every vote helps us understand which fragrances customers want most.
When enough interest is shown, we may bring a fragrance back in limited retail-size releases.
Please note that votes are counted by email address. Visiting a product page or adding an item to your cart does not count as a vote.
