🔒 What is the Vault?
The Vault is our curated archive of previously retired scents. These fragrances are no longer part of our daily Fragrance Gallery, but their original formulas are carefully preserved for professional makers and enthusiasts who can’t afford to lose a scent their customers love.
Many fragrances enter the Vault after completing a Final Pour, once the last available inventory has sold. From there, select scents remain accessible through Vault Bulk Special Orders.
Who it’s for: Individuals or businesses needing professional quantities to keep production running without disruption.
The goal: Business continuity and “lifeline” access to essential fragrances.Please note: Not all discontinued scents automatically appear in the Vault. Availability depends on demand, production feasibility, and ingredient access.
📦 Ordering & Minimums
Because Vault fragrances are custom-made to order, each one requires a minimum batch size.
Minimums vary by fragrance:
Depending on the supplier, a scent may require an 8 lb or 15 lb minimum. The exact requirement is clearly listed on each product page.
One batch, one minimum:
Partial orders, split batches, or combined quantities to reach minimums are not permitted. Each Vault fragrance is produced as its own dedicated batch.
Multiple Vault orders allowed:
You may purchase multiple Vault Bulk Special Orders in a single checkout. Each fragrance will still be produced and processed as a separate batch.
Dedicated checkout required:
Vault Bulk Special Orders must be placed separately from retail-size fragrance bottles and cannot be combined in the same order.
Bulk only:
Vault fragrances are not available as samples or sample strips. We recommend placing a Vault Bulk Special Order only if you are already familiar with the scent.
💳 Payments & Policies
To provide this custom service, we have to maintain a strict "Final Sale" policy.
Order Finality: Once your payment is processed and sent to the manufacturer, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. * Payment: Full payment is required upfront. We proudly offer Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to secure your inventory now and pay over four interest-free payments.
Why Final Sale? These are custom-made for you. We don't stock these items, so we cannot "return" them to our shelves if you change your mind.
⏳ Production & Shipping
Production timeline:
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your batch to be poured, quality-tested, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping costs:
Shipping is already included in your Vault order total.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your batch leaves our facility.
Carrier responsibility:
While we coordinate production and shipment, Pepper Jane’s LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery disruptions once the order is in transit.
🧪 Quality, Safety, & Storage

Safety First: Every Vault listing includes links to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and IFRA Compliance documents.
Proper Storage: To preserve your fragrances, store your oils in a cool, dark, dry place with the lid tightly sealed. Proper care ensures a 12-month shelf life.

Not ready for a bulk batch? You can still help bring your favorite scents back!
How to cast an official Resurrection Vote:

On the Vault fragrance page, select the option
“Small sizes – Vote below to bring them back.” -
Click the “Notify Me (Vote for Restock)” button.

Enter a valid email address to submit your vote.
That’s it! Your email confirms your vote and ensures you’ll be the first to know if and when the scent returns.
Why your vote matters:
Each “Notify Me” signup is tracked as a request for that fragrance. When enough votes are received, we may bring the scent back for a Limited Public Pour in retail sizes.
Important note:
Votes are counted per email address. Simply viewing a product page or adding an item to your cart does not register as a vote.
