Bulk Special Order Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Batch Requirements (Revised)

  • Bulk Special Orders are custom-made to order to ensure maximum freshness and quality

  • Each fragrance has its own minimum batch size, determined by production requirements.

  • Partial orders, split batches, or combined orders to reach minimums are not permitted.

  • Each batch is tied to a single order and cannot be merged with other orders.

2. Payment and Order Finality

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Once payment is processed and your order is sent to the manufacturer, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

  • These batches are custom-made and considered final sale upon order confirmation.

3. Production & Lead Time

  • Estimated production time is 2-3 weeks from the date payment is received.

  • Production includes pouring, quality testing, and preparation for shipment.

  • Lead times may vary slightly due to manufacturing schedules or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are included in the total order price.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your batch is ready to ship.

  • Pepper Jane's LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery disruptions.

5. Quality & Testing

  • Bulk Special Orders are freshly made to order to ensure maximum shelf life.

  • We recommend that customers test their batch upon arrival to ensure it meets the needs of their specific application or production process.

  • As with all professional fragrance oils, performance may vary depending on usage.

6. Liability Limitation

  • Pepper Jane's LLC acts as a facilitator between the buyer and the manufacturer.

  • We are not responsible for disruptions to your production schedule due to manufacturer delays, shipping issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • By placing an order, you accept that production and shipping timelines are estimates and that minor variances are normal.

7. Eligibility

  • Vault Bulk Special Orders are intended for individuals or businesses who require professional quantities of our fragrances to support production continuity.

  • These orders are not intended for retail resale.

8. Governing Law

  • All Bulk Special Orders are governed by the laws of Minnesota/United States.

  • Any disputes arising from an order shall be resolved under these laws, in the appropriate jurisdiction.
